Will my QALO ring stretch or shrink?

QALO rings have a natural stretch to them so that they are capable of comfortably being slid over knuckles and onto your finger. So over time, it is possible that they can stretch, but we haven’t heard of any QALO rings shrinking.

 

The QALO ring does a very good job of maintaining elasticity because of the high quality and design. However, you may experience natural wear and tear or additional stretching if you tend to play with your ring, snap it, take it on and off frequently, etc.

Will my QALO cause skin irritation?

 

Most skin issues that we have seen are from the ring being too snug and moisture (water, sweat, etc.) is trapped between the ring and your finger. In which case we suggest to exchange for a larger size. On very rare occasions, people may be allergic to silicone so we recommend that you consult with a doctor before wearing QALO.

How do I know which size QALO to order?

We recommend that you start with your traditional ring size. Our Classic QALO rings run about a size snug (Example: traditional size 9 OR 9.5 rounds up to size 10 in QALO), while our Q2X and Athletics Perforated rings run more true to size (Example: traditional ring size 9 order a size 9 in QALO). If you don't know your ring size, there are a couple of methods we have to help:

 

Option 1.You can use a cloth tape measure to measure the circumference of your finger and compare that measurement to our ring size guide to find your size.

 

Option 2. You can use a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, mark the point of the circumference, and then measure it with a ruler. Once you have the circumference of your finger you can compare that measurement to our ring size guide to find your size.

 

Option 3. Take a quick visit to your neighborhood jeweler to get sized.

 

What if I am a half-size?

              Since we only carry whole sizes, we recommend that you round up from your traditional ring size when you are ordering a classic QALO ring. (Example: traditional size 9 OR 9.5 rounds up to size 10 in QALO).

 

            For our Q2X, Athletics Perforated rings, Strata rings, we recommend rounding down, as these specific rings run more true to size (Example: traditional size 9 or 9.5 round down to a 9 in QALO).

 

Are all QALO rings resistant to oil, gasoline, and household chemicals?

Our Classic and Perforated QALO's won’t stand up to oils, gasoline, and chemicals very well, which is why we created the Q2X material!

 

Compared to our Classic collections, Q2X is 10X more resistant to gasoline, oil, and solvents. It’s also resistant to other harsh automotive and household chemicals and liquids like brake fluid, hydrochloric acid, ethoxyethanol, and vegetable oil. The Q2X rings are also heat resistant up to 575 degrees f. and are a tad less rigid than our other silicone rings.

 

Do QALO rings contain Latex?

Not to worry! QALO rings are made of silicone and do not contain Latex.

 

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

 

Yes! You will receive 2 separate confirmations to the email you provided on your order.

 

-The first email will be your order confirmation (receipt) and will be sent once you place your order through www.QALO.eu.

 

-A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as our warehouse prints the shipping label for your order (Please keep in mind that this step is a part of the 1-2 business day processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)

 

-If you believe you placed an order but did not get an email confirmation, please contact us and we would be happy to resend the email to you.

 

How long does it take to Ship my Order?

Once you place an order via QALO.eu, we will do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible. The typical processing time is 1-2 business days.  We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. 

 

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the postal service just yet.)

From there, the order is safely packed, and prepared for shipment as soon as possible. We work as quickly as possibly to get your perfect QALO to you! We appreciate your patience and your QALO will arrive in your mailbox soon!

 

Can I change my order before it ships?

 

-Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so please let us know as soon as you notice any issues. It’s not guaranteed that we’ll catch it, but it’s certainly worth a shot!  

 

The sooner you know, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to change your order.  When sending an order change request, make sure to select “Order Changes” for the Issue Type. To start your "Order Change" request, please click here

 

 -For address changes: In the event that your order is return to sender, please let us know and we will do our best to help get your ring sent to the right place.

What if I put in the Wrong Shipping Address?

Our orders begin processing after one hour, so please let us know within an hour of the initial order. It’s not guaranteed that we’ll catch it, but it’s certainly worth a shot! After the first hour, the address is finalized and will be shipped to the original address.

Are QALO rings OSHA approved?

 

Unfortunately OSHA only approves workplace locations, not items/objects. So there is no specific approval from OSHA, but there are people all over America wearing QALO on workplace locations that are OSHA approved. We hope you are able to be a part of the QALO community too!
