Returns and Exchanges



If you are unsatisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 14 days of receiving the product, you may return it to us for replacement or refund. Please also see our General Terms & Conditions.


If you are not satisfied with the product, we urge you to contact us as soon as the product has been received to ensure refund/return can be fulfilled.



Please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange. We will require your order number or the name that the order was placed under.



When returning a parcel, please leave us a print-out of the original invoice together with a note in the shipment/letter, describing if you want to return or exchange your rings. If you're exchanging your rings for another size, please inform us of the size you wish on the new ones.

Once your return is received we will inspect the goods to decide if we approve or reject a refund. Please understand we cannot provide the status of your return by email or phone. In case of approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Payment processing varies depending upon your banks processing times.


Rejected refunds may be due (but not limited) to any of the following reasons.


- Returns exceeding our 30-day policy, 

- If the product has been tampered with,

- Loss of original packaging,

- Loss of original invoice

- Hygiene purposes


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund has not processed within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your bank. There is an allotted processing time that varies from bank to bank before refunds are posted.
