Shipping Policy

All shipping is free and included in our online price.

Currently we are sending all our shipments within Europe with Asendia. If you are having trouble to track your shipment, find more information about how to locate your rings here:

Europe shipments only - Sorry we do not ship internationally. Please contact us for international inquiries.

All orders placed before 12 noon CET, during Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be packed, processed and dispatched on the next business day.

All parcels are sent from Falun, Sweden, via PostNord, DHL Global Mail or Asendia (3-6 working days for delivery depending on your location within EU).

To ensure a safe delivery, it may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present.

All orders will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.

QALO Europe does not take responsibility for any delivery delays outside of our control. We will ship as advised using the best method possible. Any delays due to the courier provider are outside of our control and will not be reimbursed for. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control, but we will do our best to help out in these situations to ensure you are provided with the best customer experience possible.

Non-EU Customers

If you order Products from a country or location not belonging to EU you may have to pay sales taxes or other additional taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from the price charged by Qalo and are levied once the shipment reaches the specified destination.
